That is a great design. I was one of the orginators of the darwin fish. I help bring it to life at one of the shops that I used to work at when I did sfx. If you wanted to send it to china you would have to do like 10,000 of them which is something that I think you dont want to do. If you only wanted to do like 50 of them I know of a couple of shops that probably will do them but I think they will probably cost between $5 and $10 each plus production time and materials.
