Having just woken up, my first thought was "you want to add an anvil</em?" :-) Seriously though, nice rococo. Reminds me of some of the designs my grandfather did in plaster.

You can get a great depth to gold paint by applying an ink wash of equal parts yellow and purple ink, and about a half part brown. Just apply it to the recesses, then touch up your gold highlights, maybe with a drybrush.
