The turn around time should be only a couple weeks and they are made to order: you type in your measurements, and that's what you get.

You can now get all the custom garments like the Safari Vest and the Airship Crew Uniform Jacket in different colors, even BLACK! *gasp*

Is this basically a Utilikilt with a fancy fob on the pocket?

It is a contemporary kilt to be sure.. but made by a different company (Alt.Kilt). It also is box-pleated instead of knife pleated. It has a button front closure instead of snaps. Made by hand - one by one.
